Chef Jess Lewis
After attending The Art Institute of Washington’s Pastry Art program, Chef Jess quickly began under the tutelage of Laurent Lhuillier, a world-class, 14 gold medal Pastry Chef. Chef Jess has also worked alongside culinary powerhouses such as the Voltaggio brothers, Brandon Malzhan, and Chris Ford. Previously, Jess was named pastry sous chef of the famous Fiola Mare in Georgetown, Washington DC. She’s had the opportunity to create pastries for the White House, President Barack Obama, Sisqo, and several other notable names. Most recently, Jess was dubbed the National Dessert Wars Champ and featured on Food Network’s Harry Potter Wizards of Baking!
