Mixologist Jayce McConnell
Jayce McConnell is one of the South’s most recognizable and respected bartenders. Originally from Savannah GA, McConnell got his start behind the bar in Oxford, Mississippi, where he started the first craft cocktail bar at James Beard Award-winning restaurant Snackbar.
Jayce was named Eater Magazine’s National Young Gun. After running the bar program for Edmund’s Oast in Charleston, SC, he began consulting for several restaurants across the South. His work has been featured in numerous publications, from Garden & Gun to Popular Mechanics.
