Net Payment Policy

Virtual Xperiences LLC is happy to accept payment via ACH (preferred) or via credit card. Payment is due in full prior to the Xperience date. 

NET terms of NET30 or less are accepted for contracts of $10,000+ IF the following conditions are met:

• Client has completed at least one Virtual Xperience with us within the past year
• Client has not had previous late payments
• The invoice is for the full current balance. We do not accept NET payments for deposits of less than the current contracted balance. 
• Client agrees that any last minute changes which increase the invoice amount due, will be paid by the Xperience date via a credit card if the remaining balance is under $1000
• Note: acceptance of NET terms will be revoked for late payments. 

 

Bundles

We will accept NET terms of NET30 or less for contracts of $5,000+ IF the contract is part of a bundle containing 5 or more Xperiences. Note: the bundle itself cannot be paid via NET terms unless the NET term period will elapse prior to the first booked Xperience date.
