Submit Logos & Addresses
Adding your brand printed on the box interior, etched into glass, engraved on wood or slate, or on a personalized notecard makes a great impression. Just send us your logo and we’ll take care of the rest!
Kits Shipped & Delivery Tracked
We send curated kits to each participant with tracking and support for any shipping questions.
Meet with Your Production Team
Connect with your dedicated VX Production Host to walk through your questions, your goals, and the event timeline to ensure the Xperience caters perfectly to your needs.
Send Calendar Invites
Send calendar invites and let your guests know packages are coming, especially if a 21+ signature will be required. Or use easy, pre-made email templates from VX’s add-on communications package.
Organizers Join Early
Organizers are welcome to hop on the Xperience link 10 minutes early with your host and talent to test your setup and go over any last-minute questions.

Sit back and enjoy! Your live VX Production Host will be available to assist for the entire Xperience, including monitoring the chat, so organizers can relax and even participate too!
