We offer a wide range of Xperience options; whether you want to create a memorable moment for your clients, be entertained, learn a new skill, or just have fun with your team, Virtual Xperiences is the perfect solution. We have helped clients engage remote and international employees & clients and even had kits shipped to teams who planned to Xperience the fun in the same room together!

You and your guests will be sent a beautiful kit with most (or in many cases ALL) of the items necessary to participate in a live 30, 60 or 90 minute Virtual Xperience with one of our celebrity talent members via Zoom. A dedicated production host will also be on your Xperience to make sure everything goes smoothly so you can sit back and enjoy yourself too! The production host will work with you prior to the event to make sure the Xperience meets your needs and can assist with things like: introducing the talent, managing camera angles and guest spotlights, monitoring the chat, posting trivia questions and polls, driving conversation if participation is low, and more!

The Xperience fee covers your celebrity talent’s booked Xperience time and the services of your dedicated Xperience host.

Absolutely! From featuring specific client products to designing full custom kit themes, we love showing off our creativity to fit your needs. Samples from the past include: a football themed tailgate party kit, space cocktails, and an all pink kit based on the Barbie movie! Virtual Xperiences ships kits worldwide! Many of our kits are indicated as internationally friendly in the descriptions – these kits will only have 0-2 omissions due to international customs regulations. Items such as produce and alcohol cannot be shipped internationally; restrictions and omissions may vary by country of destination. Kits not designated as internationally friendly are not recommended if you expect international participants.

Our talent is in high demand and may turn down other opportunities and media appearances to accommodate our clients. As we greatly value and respect their time, there is a $1000 rescheduling fee for date or time changes within 21 days of your Xperience date. 

If you are unable to reschedule your Xperience, we can accommodate cancellations and/or refunds based on the following timetable:

• 0 to 14 calendar days prior to contracted Xperience: 100% of the total Xperience revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.
• 15 to 30 calendar days prior to contracted Xperience: 75% of the total Xperience revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.  
• 31 to 60 calendar days prior to contracted Xperience: 50% of the total Xperience revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.
• Acceptance of this contract 61+ calendar days prior to contracted Xperience: 25% of the total Xperience revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes. 

Yes! Our team is always happy to omit any offending ingredients if notified when shipping addresses are sent to us. Beyond omissions, we can also accommodate the following substitutions:

• Any cocktail can be modified into a mocktail – we will omit the alcohol and include alternate mixers based on each specific drink, upon request.
• Gluten-sensitive flour can be substituted in any kit containing flour for $15 upon request.
• Guests are welcome to substitute their own vegan butter or egg replacements in our recipes, but we cannot guarantee consistency or taste as those have not been tested on our end.  

Virtual Xperiences accepts payment via ACH or credit card.

Due to the restrictions on purchases of alcoholic beverages to people 21+, kits containing alcohol in our Boozy section cannot be purchased online. Please reach out to one of our Xperience Directors here to book your boozy Xperience. 

Zoom is the only streaming platform guaranteed to meet the Virtual Xperiences brand expectations for production quality and we strongly recommend it. However, we understand there are reasons you may wish to use an alternate virtual platform and are happy to accommodate with at least 1 week advance notice and a required tech check meeting prior to the Xperience. Please note that Virtual Xperiences is not responsible for any technical issues and/or disruptions to the Virtual Xperience that may occur as a result of using a non-preferred platform.

No, Virtual Xperiences does not reach out to individual participants except to send them tracking and delivery confirmation or if the individual reaches out to us via our support line. Clients are solely responsible for communicating with their guests.

• Tracking and delivery confirmation emails are only sent if you provide us with individual participants’ email addresses when submitting mailing addresses.
• Replies to the tracking or delivery confirmation emails are directed to our support line.
• A card is included in every kit with information on how to use our support line in case of issues or questions about a kit upon delivery.
